What are you doing to deal with glare at your home office?

My monitors have been reflecting the sun all afternoon, and it is producing a huge headache. I am also thinking about purchasing a pair of light-filtering Vertical Blinds that are offered in abodelook because I could actually regulate the light direction during the day. Their location claims to be very simple to self-install. Can I really install it with the touch of a button, or would I be struggling with a drill three hours?
