Steve HawkParticipantI’ve been wondering this for a while, so I figured I’d ask here. Has anyone actually seen good results using push ads in adult traffic? I keep hearing mixed opinions, and it’s hard to tell what’s real versus just noise.
When I first started testing push traffic, I honestly thought it would be an easy win. Cheap clicks, fast setup, and a lot of volume. But after running a few campaigns, things didn’t feel as simple. The traffic came in, sure, but conversions were all over the place. Some days looked decent, and others were just a waste of budget.
What confused me the most was figuring out whether the issue was the traffic itself or how I was setting things up. I tried different creatives, played with angles, and even changed landing pages. One thing I noticed is that push ads seem very sensitive to how catchy your first impression is. If the headline or image doesn’t grab attention instantly, people just ignore it.
I came across this guide on Adult Advertising Campaigns early on, and it actually helped me understand where I was going wrong. It made me realize that push ads can work, but only if you treat them differently from other ad formats. It’s less about detailed targeting and more about testing fast and adjusting quickly.
From my experience, push ads are not magic, but they are not useless either. They seem to work better for quick experiments or retargeting rather than expecting consistent long term profits right away. Curious to hear if others had the same experience or if I’m missing something.
